It was implemented at Yas Water World which is a waterpark and one of the premier Abu Dhabi theme parks managed by Farah Experiences LLC, and is located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and the Middle East region.

Enhancing the visitor’s experience by making navigation seamless is the first step

For the first-time, visitors and theme park guests of Yas Water World are able to navigate between rides and attractions in the mixed indoor outdoor theme park without barriers and navigation challenges, significantly improving the water park visitor experience.

On an area and park footprint of more than 15 hectares of land, with over 40 rides and attractions, water slides, seven dining options and food courts and much more entertainment facilities, the need for theme park wayfinding solution and visitor guidance system arose as the opportunity to lose one’s way and visitor disorientation is easily imagined in such large-scale venues and entertainment complexes, making water park visitor experience optimization crucial.
