PenguinIN is proud to announce the successful completion of another great seamless indoor / outdoor wayfinding solution. It was implemented at Yas Water World which is a waterpark managed by Farah Experiences LLC, and is located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

Enhancing the visitor’s experience by making navigation seamless is the first step

For the first-time, visitors of the Yas Water World are able to navigate between rides and attractions in the mixed indoor / outdoor theme park without barriers.

On an area of more than 15 hectares of land, with over 40 rides and attractions, seven dining options and much more, the need for a wayfinding solution arose as the opportunity to lose one’s way is easily imagined.

Further potential to enhance visitors’ journey at Yas Water World and other theme parks

There is an opportunity for many other potential solutions to be implemented. These include location-based promotions and notifications, queue optimization, location-based gaming, family & group finder, data collection and rich analytics.
